Yves Prussen, "doctor at law" and "diplomé of the Institut d’Etudes Politiques" (Grenoble), became a member of the Luxembourg Bar in 1971. In 1975 he became a partner of the firm Elvinger & Hoss which later changed its name.
He is a member of the "International Bar Association", of the Luxembourg branch of the "International Fiscal Association", of the "Luxembourg Association for Arbitration" and a member of the "Comité d’Experts Juristes" within the "Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier" (CSSF).
He is the author of various publications in the field of tax law, securities law and company law as well as national reports for the "International Fiscal Association Congress".
His main areas of activity are, in addition to banking, financial and securities law, aircraft financing, intellectual property law and tax law.
