Emmanuèle de Dampierre specialises in all areas of intellectual property (IP) law (trademarks, patents, designs, author’s rights and related rights). She is also active in the field of information communication technology (ICT) and data protection. She assists companies operating in various industries (professionals of the financial sector, the automotive, publishing and sports sectors, the media and telecommunications, etc.) both in advisory and litigation matters. Emmanuèle also advises clients with respect to the IP and data protection aspects of their corporate transactions.
