For this reason and in order to allow appropriate knowledge sharing, we do not work in separate departments but have developed our practice around three global areas with flexible teams which allow partners and lawyers to continue to be active in the areas of activity of more than one team.

The three main teams are:

• Corporate,general commercial, banking, finance, securities and financial markets (COBAFI) (including mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, tax and other areas of law);
• Investment funds and other investment vehicles (including specific related tax and compliance issues);
• Litigation (including arbitration, administrative law, property law, construction and labour law).
