New counsel

We are pleased to announce that Anne Baudoin has been named counsel with effect from 1st July 2010.

Anne Baudoin became a member of the Luxembourg Bar in 1994 and joined Elvinger, Hoss & Prussen in 2008.

Her principal fields of activity are investment funds and investment companies.

Prior to joining Elvinger, Hoss & Prussen, she worked for several years in this field with a major American  investment company located in Luxembourg as head of their legal department. Before that she worked as corporate lawyer for a Luxembourg law firm.

She is "docteur en droit" from the University "Paris II-Assas" (Thesis on Conciliation and Mediation as Amicable Means of Settlement for Commercial Disputes) and holds a DEA ("Diplôme d’Etudes Approfondies") in Civil and Commercial Law from the same University.

She is fluent in French and English.
