The investment funds and asset management team has extensive experience in setting up all types of investment vehicles (UCITS and other UCIs, pension funds, SIFs, SICARs) covering all asset classes including, but not limited to, hedge funds,  real estate funds and microfinance funds. The team also advises fund promoters and asset managers on eligible investments and strategies, drafts the required legal documentation and ensures the obtaining of regulatory approval.
